The Upper Keys Rotary Gigantic Nautical Market (affectionately known as the “Gigantic Nautical Flea Market”) is the largest outdoor nautical show of its kind in the Florida Keys. Held at the expansive Founders Park, this two-day event is a massive “boat show with a beach,” attracting over 20,000 visitors who come to hunt for bargains, explore new vessels, and enjoy a festival atmosphere.

2026 Event Dates & Hours

Saturday, February 21, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday, February 22, 2026: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Location: Founders Park, Mile Marker 87 Bayside, Islamorada, FL.

Admission & Parking

Admission: A $5 gate donation is suggested (ages 17+). 100% of the proceeds go to the Upper Keys Rotary Foundation to fund scholarships for local students.

The Shuttle Strategy: Parking at Founders Park is extremely limited and usually reserved for vendors. Visitors should park at Coral Shores High School (MM 89.9) and take the free, continuous air-conditioned shuttle directly to the park gates.

    • Note: The last shuttle departs the park at 5:15 PM on Saturday and 3:15 PM on Sunday.

What to Expect

With over 300 vendors spread across the waterfront park, the market is a treasure trove for anyone with a “hint of adventure” in their heart.

The “Flea” Finds: This is the place to find deep discounts on used boat parts, out-of-print charts, vintage tackle, rods, reels, and anchors. If it belongs on a boat, it’s here.

The Boat Show: Dozens of new and used boats are on display on land and in the water, ranging from high-speed center consoles to kayaks and paddleboards.

The Food Truck Rally: Over 18 food trucks serve everything from local seafood and conch fritters to gourmet tacos.

Rotary Beverage Booths: Don’t miss the famous Rotary Bloody Marys and Rum Punch stations located throughout the park.

Art & Lifestyle: Even if you don’t own a boat, you’ll find high-end nautical jewelry, tropical apparel, hand-crafted home decor, and professional marine photography.

Pro-Tips for 2026

Bring Cash (and a Card): While many vendors now accept credit cards, the gate donation and beverage booths are much faster with cash. There are ATMs on-site, but they are notorious for running out of cash by Sunday afternoon.

The Early Bird Advantage: Serious treasure hunters arrive at 8:00 AM on Saturday. The rarest “old-school” nautical antiques are usually gone by noon.

Pancake Breakfast: Start your Saturday or Sunday with the all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast (usually around $5), served right at the park starting at 8:00 AM.

Pet Policy: Leashed dogs are welcome, but be extremely careful—the Florida sun makes the blacktop paths scorching hot for paws. Stick to the grassy areas when possible.

Download the Map: Visit RotaryMarket.info on your phone to access the interactive vendor map, which helps you locate specific booths across the 30-acre park.
